Important: These are product-development terms, not final legal terms. The governing-law clause, company identity, refund/cancellation terms, liability caps, and dispute process require final business decisions and qualified legal review.
1. The service
Roulytic provides or plans to provide roulette analytics, session tracking, historical backtesting, research dashboards, educational materials, reports, and related software tools. Roulytic is not a casino, bookmaker, gambling operator, or wager-placement service.
2. Eligibility
You may use Roulytic only if you are an adult and legally permitted to access the service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local law, gambling-related restrictions, operator rules, and age requirements that apply to you.
3. Accounts and security
When accounts are introduced, users will be responsible for providing accurate information, protecting login credentials, and notifying Roulytic of suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or used to impersonate another person.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Roulytic for unlawful activity or to facilitate unlawful gambling.
- Attempt to bypass security, access another user's account, scrape restricted data, or disrupt the service.
- Upload malware, abusive content, or data you do not have the right to use.
- Reverse engineer or reproduce protected Roulytic software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Present Roulytic research outputs as guaranteed predictions or claim Roulytic guarantees gambling winnings.
5. Analytics and research outputs
Roulytic calculates descriptive statistics from data and rules supplied by the user or configured in the product. Historical results, pattern rates, candidates, watch statuses, wheel comparisons, streaks, and backtest outputs are research measurements only. They are not predictions, financial advice, gambling advice, or guarantees of future performance.
Users remain responsible for any decision to gamble or place a wager outside Roulytic.
6. Free and paid plans
Roulytic may offer Free and Pro plans or other product tiers. Final pricing, usage limits, billing intervals, refund terms, and cancellation rules will be presented before paid subscriptions become active.
Payments may be processed by third parties, including MMG for eligible Guyana customers and a separate approved processor for international cards. Payment providers may have their own terms and fees. Roulytic does not intend to store full card numbers.
7. Intellectual property
Roulytic branding, software, interface designs, documentation, original educational materials, and proprietary product content are owned by or licensed to Roulytic and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users retain ownership of data they lawfully upload, subject to the limited permissions needed for Roulytic to host and process that data to provide the service.
8. Third-party services
Roulytic may rely on third-party hosting, analytics, payment, email, authentication, or infrastructure providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Roulytic is not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
9. Service and gambling disclaimers
- Roulette outcomes are uncertain and can result in financial loss.
- Historical performance does not predict future outcomes.
- No Roulytic feature removes or defeats roulette's mathematical house edge.
- Roulytic does not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a user's particular research objective.
- Users should independently verify important data and calculations where appropriate.
10. Limitation of liability
A final production clause should define legally appropriate liability limits. Roulytic should not assume responsibility for gambling losses, decisions made based on historical analytics, user-entered data errors, or third-party gambling platforms except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
11. Suspension and termination
Roulytic may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, security threats, fraud, unlawful use, non-payment of paid services, or conduct that harms other users or the service. Users should be able to stop using the service and close their account subject to legitimate retention obligations.
12. Governing law and disputes
To be finalized before public launch. Because Roulytic is being developed from Guyana for a potentially international customer base, the final Terms should specify the operating legal entity, governing law, dispute venue or process, and any consumer-law protections that cannot be waived.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@roulytic.com or through the Contact page.
